Leavy was Assistant Section Director for MUFON - Ventura
and Santa Barbara Counties in 1992, and State Section Director for
MUFON - Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties from 1993 through 1997.
She has remained active in UFO research since moving to the
Central Coast in late 1997, and still remains a MUFON
Investigator. Mary
Helen Corrado maintains our website from across the
country in New Jersey. She was a member of MUFON - Ventura
and Santa Barbara Counties. She designed and maintained the
group's website which won a Timeslink Award from the L.A.
Times. She was also the editor of our MUFON's newsletter,
The Vortex. Although family obligations required her moving
to NJ, she remains active in UFO research and in contact with her
